~I treat individuals ages 12-65 years old. 

~I currently accept Medicaid, Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, United, Tricare, Blue cross blue shield,  kaiser, Humana, Meritain

~New patient intake: $275 

~Follow-up/return visits: $150-200 

~Discount will be given to self-pay patients who pay at the time of visit.

~Self-pay sliding scales with proof of income.

~Payment plans available.

~Patients are seen despite ability to pay.

~A nurse practitioner is a nurse with a graduate degree and who also received  extensive education and  training. We are able to act as providers in the field we specialize in.

~NPs are able to assess patient needs, order and interpret lab work and other diagnostic testing, diagnose, create treatment plans, and prescribe medication when needed.

~We take national board certifying exams and have additional licensure that ensures we are competent of providing high levels of care.
